Where do I begin...I don't think you will realize how special Deborah and her partner Joe are unless I give you the full story....8 years ago my mother became incredibly ill and I realized that a multi family sizeable property is much too much for her and my father to handle. I went on the quest for the best real estate broker in Orange County and I chose one of the top teams from Remax to list it with disappointing results, a year later I went with one of the top teams in Prudential and again disappointing results. Finally I gave up and had an auction on the property that was successful, but the buyers financing fell through due to the financial crisis. I had enough and decided to wait a few years for the markets to go back up and for my mothers health to get better. Then my father became very ill and I realized that time was running out so I did a bunch of research and decided to reach out to Weichert's leading lady and had been so disappointed with the lack of response and then the final low ball "realistic number" that she gave me that "had to have a 4 in front of it!!" I realized that these so called top brokers are at their rankings because they sell homes under their actual values with as little effort as possible and I decided to list my parents property myself for sale by owner!! I figured if I can't find someone that knows how to sell an amazing property, then I will do it myself!! I did many showings, had several offers, but again had issues with getting to the finish line due to buyer financing, flakiness, etc..After a few months of running back and forth between the city and Orange County, the phone rang and on the line was an angel by the name of Deborah Warner! She was soft spoken, she was knowledgable and she was different, she was special. She asked me if she could see the property and we made an appointment. To make a long story short, she got the listing and within 6 months she found the right buyer! She did countless showings, we received so many offers, that by the end we actually had to chose which one we wanted!! This is not all though..Deborah has a heart of gold, she goes above and beyond the call of duty, she stages, she does videos on your property, gets amazing photographers, she will manage contractors if you need them, she has garbage men that will clear the premises for you at discounted prices, and she is always there when you need her. I have sent her text messages at 11pm and she responded! (Please don't do this to her, I was not easy). Deborah found comps for the appraisers, she created reports showing potential buyers the profit they would make on the property if they rented it, etc. She thinks outside of the box, she CARES, and she gets the job done when no one else can. She truly is AMAZING, so if you need to buy or sell your home and you want someone to get the job done at the right price that will be there for you every step of the way, call Deborah. You will not be disappointed. She and Joe truly are the best realtors in Orange County due to their skill, work ethic, and results! They understand the area and will not push you to sell your home below its actual value like every other realtor in town. They will work tirelessly until your home is sold or the home of your dreams is found. All I can say is Thank you so much Deborah and Joe. My parents and I will be forever grateful to you.

Having lived abroad for the better part of my life, my situation was unique in that I had no US credit history, so getting a mortgage was a grueling process, which I would not have been able to accomplish without Deborah. She is the kind of person that leaves no rock unturned and she simply does not take no for an answer. I would not be living in my wonderful new home if it hadn't been for her! She definitely knows her line of business and excels at it, and was a huge help every step of the way, not only as a realtor, but in guiding me through every single other detail of the home-buying process. We had a great experience finding our first home with Deborah and her partner Joe! At our first meeting, they gave us their undivided attention and presented us with a helpful packet of information about the home buying process. We felt comfortable moving forward with them right away. Deborah predicted that she would be able to help us find a place within three trips out to view homes. I was skeptical but we did indeed find our place on our second trip! Deborah always returned calls promptly and answered any questions we had as first time home buyers.
